These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.heartandsoulnursing.com (“Site”), operated by Heart & Soul Nursing, a Colorado-based, independently owned nursing practice founded and solely operated by Kearstyn Fox, RN, BSN (“Practitioner”).

By accessing this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as the accompanying Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Legal Status & Scope of Services

Heart & Soul Nursing is an independent private duty nursing practice operated exclusively by Kearstyn Fox, RN, BSN, a licensed Registered Nurse under the laws and regulatory authority of the State of Colorado.

The Practitioner does not operate as a home health agency, nurse registry, staffing agency, or employer of other healthcare providers. The Site does not promote or facilitate medical diagnosis or treatment. All references to nursing services relate solely to lawful RN scope of practice in Colorado and are performed directly by the Practitioner.

Complementary services such as Reiki, coaching, energy work, and mindfulness support are non-medical, holistic wellness services and are not intended to replace medical care.
